Investors in People – 10 Years Accreditation

Alex M Adamson LLP joined a select group of companies that have been accredited as Investors in People for 10 years in March 2012. We recognised a considerable time ago that we had to acquire the ability to adapt and react to changes in the market place and the evolving needs of clients. This entailed a two pronged approach of investing in technology and our people.

The investment in technology has resulted in our Minerva Software suite that utilises a state of the art workflow engine to drive our processes bringing major efficiencies to our clients. Our in-office Minerva suite is supported by a web version for clients and a mobile version for use of our officers on the road.

Technology is, however driven by our people and our commitment in that regard was first recognised in our initial IIP assessment in 2002 and has continued in assessments until this time. IIP has been a valuable tool in in driving continuous improvement through the ongoing development of our long serving staff to provide value added services to our clients. The principles of Investors in People will continue to be an essential tool in the continuous development of the services provided by AMA.
