  • Automatic Discharge on Bankruptcy after one year
  • Jurisdiction in bankruptcy exclusive to Sheriff Court
  • Low income/low asset debtor petitions for sequestration
  • New Diligences
  • Land Attachment
  • Money Attachment
  • Residual Attachment
  • Interim Attachment
  • Warrant to Inhibit competent in Sheriff Court
  • Debt packs to be issued before most diligences.
