Growth in On-line instructions
1 December 2009

Use of AMA's Web Minerva client access system has continued to grow both for its case monitoring capabilities but also through the online debt collection instruction module.

Instructions were historically received by way of paper invoices. On-line instruction has enabled invoices to be transferred electronically along with any special instructions. This leads to a speeding up of the whole process as cases are loaded into the AMA system within minutes allowing us to proceed immediately with the collection process.

John Douglas, head of Debt Collection commented that "On-line instructions now make up 80% of all collection instructions received. There are clear cost and time savings for both AMA and clients through the use of the on-line instruction system. In addition there are efficiency and environmental savings in cutting back drastically on bits of paper going back and forward."
